  Finally on 7th of September, I have decided to go to Flight Centre located at Chelmsford – UK where the staff were trying to help but unable, as they mentioned that Australia uses a different booking system. After while insisting that was only four days prior of my "supposted" departing date (11 of setember) I left my details just in case.

  It was very difficult been unable to organize in advance acommodation, family meetings and flights, having a very unpleasant experience due the high levels of stress generated by not been able to confirm the date in advance.

  I hope you as a Mananger of Flight Centre - Bondi Beach consider the time I have spent sorting this matter and the least you could do is return the diference fee paid of AUD $275.0 for the service that was not provided.

  Although after a number of attempts trying to email Mr. Sylvester during the 10 days at Flight Centre Bondi Beach, I started calling British Airways the September 3rd, unsuscessfully I was informed that the ticket had to be managed by you (Flight Centre – Bondi Beach).

  Don't do bussines with you anymore. I was buying a trip, payed 100 Aud on top of internet price, just to find out that when you realy need the help of an agent to back you up he is hiding behind words. And on top trying to put his handfurtger inside your pocket.
