  Unlike most restaurants, there's no table service, you need to order at the counter and pay first.

  We had to wait 45 minutes (!) for our order of chicken and chips - this is unacceptable in what is essentially a fast food joint.

  You can tell that a number of dishes are frozen and reheated (they heat them up in a microwave behind the counter!).

  I ordered peri peri chicken but they didn't have it although they were serving other chicken meals. So I ordered a burger, and honestly I don't know how others rate the burgers so highly. Mine turned into a soggy mess when I cut it in half. The taste was average only, and at $18.95 with chips was overpriced.

  Sorry, but I will not eat here unless I am in the neighbourhood and extremely hungry - and then I would only order a meat pie and chips, as it is the only decent food.

  How hard can it be to visit a non-kosher restaurant and see how easy it is to make fresh tasty food? The kosher thing should not be an impediment to quality!

  The unfriendly South African lady at the counter seemed miserable and stressed. I got the feeling that her customers were a nuisance that she had to put up with. The rest of the staff seemed to have much the same attitude.
