  I am renting a unit managed by Elyse Bryant. My experience with her is awesome. She is a great professional, friendly, respectful, polite and conciderate manager. For all my inquires she was always accessible, responding quickly and thoughtfully to my requests. I am very pleased to have Elyse as a unit manager and have complete confidence in her. She is way way better compared to the previous unit manager. I am highly recommending her (10++ on the scale 0-10).

  Just wanted to say that I have the best property manager at Little, Matthew Jackson who is always so nice and helpful and wonderful. The last few years with Matthew looking after me has been great and I have no hesitation in highly recommending him and his team at Little Real Estate.

  We have been landlords with Little Real Estate Bondi for a number of years. Even though they are not local to our properties, I chosen to go with Little Real Estate Bondi because I knew some of their staff personally and I must say they are of the best quality you would ever wish. They know their business extremely well, very diligent in everything they do from the marketing to the negotiation to the property management. Two thumbs up! Highly recommended!

  I have been leasing a property through Little Real estate for over a year now. Their staff are a highly professional and easy to get on with with great communication skills. When things need fixing they are right onto it.
